New Level and Bug Fixes

I've added a new level with a new cool mechanic!

In addition to that I've added some enhancements and bug fixes based on the feedback from the jam, such as restart capabilities, and preventing weights from being dropped outside of reach.

There'll be more levels and enhancements in the future, stay tuned!
