First Post-Jam Update

It's been a long time coming, but I'm finally getting around to finishing this game. The first few changes are as follows:

- Added Start Menu and splash screens

- Reduced Mouse Sensitivity

- Fixed some lighting issues

There are a lot more updates coming in the future, including more lighting fixes, sound effects, and making some more spooky things happen.
